1. Services

RHYNODE provides software development services including web development, custom software, AI bots, and dashboards. All services are subject to a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

All code specifically written for your project is your property upon final payment. We retain ownership of reusable internal libraries, frameworks, and tooling. You receive full source code and documentation.

3. Payments

Payment terms are defined in each SOW. Typically 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery. Late payments may result in project pause. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

4. Limitation of Liability

RHYNODE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

5. Warranty

We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch for issues directly caused by our code. This does not cover third-party service changes, hosting issues, or modifications made by others.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Girardot, Cundinamarca. International clients may opt for arbitration under ICC rules.
